Refund Policy
At BioPharma Inc., we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions and can only be granted under specific circumstances.
Eligibility Conditions for a Refund:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and undamaged, within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- For hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened or partially used will not be eligible for a refund.
- Only products with manufacturing defects are eligible for a refund request, subject to evaluation by our quality control team.
Procedure for Requesting a Refund:

Submitting the Request:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing by contacting our customer service at support@online-biopharma.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be processed.

Required Documentation:
- Customers must provide proof of purchase, clear photos and/or videos of the product in its original packaging, along with a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Incomplete or insufficient documentation will result in the denial of the request.

Request Validation:
- Once the request is received, we will proceed with an evaluation, which may take up to 14 business days.
- If the request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Product Returns:

Return Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service; BioPharma Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.

Processing Time:
- Returns may take up to 21 business days after receipt to be processed by our team.
- Refunds will be issued only after inspection and validation of the returned product.
Partial Refunds:
- In some cases, we may apply a partial refund based on the condition of the returned product or if the return is late.
- Administrative and processing fees of 15% of the order amount will be deducted.
- Promotional or discounted products are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Exceptions and Exclusions:
- Refunds will not be granted for reasons of personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction after using the product.
- BioPharma Inc. reserves the right to deny any refund request if the above conditions are not met or if refund requests are found to be abusive.
